SOURCES SOUGHT BACKGROUND: The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS), Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC) Dental Department has a need for Five (5) each ADEC 533 Continental Dental Units; Five (5) ADEC 511 Dental Chairs; Five (5) 551 Assistants’ Instrumentation; Five (5) ADEC 521 Doctors’ Stools; and Five (5) ADEC 522 Assistants’ Stools or equivalent. PURPOSE/STATEMENT OF WORK: The contractor shall be in accordance with all Federal, State, Local, Tribal and IHS regulations and shall be made with minimal divergence from the schedule established and with minimum disturbance and maximum protection of government personnel, property and general public. HOW TO RESPOND: This is a sources sought notice under the authority of the Buy Indian Act. The Indian Health Service (IHS) is attempting to locate qualified and eligible Small Business Indian Firms, “Native American Indian Owned and Operated businesses,” that can provide services/supplies to the Indian Health Service. This is a request for information only, this is not a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
