The purpose of this requirement is to develop and deliver training targeted to federal, state, tribal, territorial, and local human services providers to advance the prioritization and inclusion of human services in emergency preparedness, response, and recovery for all hazards and disasters. This requirement is supporting the Office of Human Services Emergency Preparedness and Response (OHSEPR), under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF). Office of Human Services Emergency Preparedness and Response (OHSEPR) is establishing a Disaster Human Services Instructional Design and Delivery Program (DHSIDDP) to develop and deliver training targeted to federal, state, tribal, territorial, and local human services providers to advance the prioritization and inclusion of human services in emergency preparedness, response, and recovery for all hazards and disasters.
