The purpose of Amendment 1 to Notice ID CVM-2024-123856 is to provide the following solicitation questions and answers: Question 1: We do not yet offer the Ultra low Freezers. Do we need to bid on everything, or can we bid on only some of the units? Answer 1: See solicitation page 2, term 3.7. Quotes shall be for all the deliverables requested. Question 2: Should I be including the cost for white glove delivery or will this equipment all ship straight to the loading dock? Answer 2: See solicitation page 6, Statement of Work section 3. Dock-to-dock delivery is sufficient; the delivery location has a loading dock and does not require a liftgate. FDA will be responsible for moving within the building, unpackaging, and installing.
