The purpose of Amendment 1 to Notice ID CVM-2023-119349 is to provide the following questions and answers: Question 1: Will a Skid Steer (or other lifting equipment) be available to offload the cattle chute? Answer 1: Yes, a forklift is available for offloading. Question 2: Aside from offloading, is there a need to handle or maneuver the cattle chute outside of the delivery dock area? Answer 2: No. FDA will handle moving the equipment from the loading dock area. Question 3: All items are available (in stock) and are able to be delivered 2-3 weeks after award, is the facility able to accept item(s) within a few weeks? Answer 3: Yes. Contractor must notify delivery point of contact as early as possible with a delivery date with a minimum of three days prior to delivery.
