This RFQ is issued as 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise Set-Aside under 25 U.S.C. § 47, Buy Indian Act and the associated NAICS code is 238990 – All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, Small Business Size Standards of $19.0.
