The Cheyenne River Health Center is issuing this Sources Sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify, --Small or Large Business, Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) as defined in 25 U.S.C § 47, and/or; - Small or Large Business Having an interest in, and the resources, to support a requirement for: Blood Bank Services Purpose and Objectives: The Cheyenne River Health Center Laboratory Department, permanent staff, provide up to a certain level of expertise for blood bank services. This service supports those duties by providing the blood component supply by offering higher level testing services that are unavailable at the local level. The primary purpose of this contract is to provide Blood Units and Blood Components for the Cheyenne River Health Center, 24276 166th Street, Eagle Butte, South Dakota 57625. See attached Scope of Work This solicitation is a “SOURCES SOUGHT” Only. This is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Your response to this announcement will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement. The intended contract period will be for 1 year ARO, with Two(2)-One(1) year options. The intent of this Sources Sought notice is to identify potential offerors capable of Response. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should be able to demonstrate the firm’s ability, capability, and responsibility to deliver the services listed above. Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, business size, Socioeconomic Category (HUBZONE, 8a), Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Small Business, Large Business, etc.), UEI number, and point of contact to include e-mail address and telephone number. All offerors must be registered in the (www.Sam.gov), and Representations and Certifications must be completed prior to any future awards. Any offeror capable of providing this service shall notify the Purchasing Agent by e-mail, by 12/2/2022 at 4:30pm MST. The NAICS Code is 621991 Blood and Organ Banks.
