INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services intends to award using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Dollar Threshold $250,000), a fixed priced order to Health Management Associates, 180 North LaSalle Street, Suite 3100, Chicago, IL 60601. The sole source award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 © (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A Justification and Approval has been approved and process through the Small business Administration. The requirement is intended as sole source contract because Health Management Associates is the only source that can provide Medicaid and CHIP policy and program integrity expertise. Which focuses on state Medicaid agency structures, Medicaid and CHIP eligibility criteria, state enrollment systems and data architecture in accordance with the attached statement of work. All quotes are due on or before Friday, April 24, 2024, by 10:00 am EST. The North American Industry Classification Codes (NAICS) is 541611.
