INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order to Cvent, 1765 Greensboro Station Pl, Tysons, VA 22102 purchase CVent Licenses in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Under the authority of FAR 41 U.S.C.253 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A justification and approval is currently being processed for this requirement. This requirement is intended as a sole source procurement because CVent is the only company that sells Cvent licenses. All quotes are due on or before Tuesday, May 16, 2023, by 11:00 am EST NAICS CODES: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 519290 - Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services INTERESTED PARTIES: All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to qualify as a potential contractor for this procurement must have the exact licenses as stated in the statement of work and prove to be a reseller of the licenses.
