The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified current 8(a) program participants who have the capacity to provide CMS QSOG with services to systematically distribute CLIA laboratory fee coupons and certificates and also to access online CLIA database to resolve laboratory account problems.
