INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services intends to award using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Dollar Threshold $250,000), a fixed priced order for) a 2-Day “Regulatory Drafting and Processing Training” on a sole source basis to The Regulatory Group, Inc. (TRG) 1901 Fort Myer Drive, Suite 1120, Arlington, VA 22209 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The anticipated period of performance is one year. The sole source award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 © (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A Justification has been approved. The requirement is intended as sole source contract because TRG is the only company that can provide the customized, off-site (virtual) training that fulfill the emergent need to accomplish the work involved with the Inflation Reduction Act in Medicare Drug Rebate and Negotiations Group (MDRNG), for continued development of fast-moving action plans. The North American Industry Classification Codes (NAICS) is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training. Quotes are due on or before Friday, January 19, 2024 by 2:00 pm EST. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
