INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services intends to award using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Dollar Threshold $250,000), a fixed priced order to purchase Analytical Tool License on a sole source basis to DocketScope, 1901 Fort Myer Drive #1120, Arlington, VA 2220 in accordance with the attached statement of work and deliverables for one base year and 2 option years. The sole source award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 © (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A Justification and Approval has been approved and process through the Small business Administration. The requirement is intended as sole source contract because Docketscope platform closely conforms to the needs of the Medicare rulemaking policy tools and development. The North American Industry Classification Codes (NAICS) is 541511. Interested Parties: All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
