Title: Notice of Intent to Sole Source – ArcGIS Pro Software Description(s): The National Institute of Environmental Health Science (NIEHS) intends to award a Purchase Order to ESRI, 380 New York Street, Redland, CA. 92373, for ArcGIS Pro Software, to be used in research at NIEHS, Research Triangle Park campus. The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210 and the business size standard is $38.5M. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. It has been determined that ESRI is the only known responsible source capable of providing the required service and no other service will satisfy the agency's requirements. The purpose of this Purchase Order is to obtain ArcGIS Pro (Desktop) to integrate data from various sources and formats (e.g., Excel, Census data, Health datasets) visual data in 2D or 3D format and perform geospatial analyses. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for quotes. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting NIEHS’ requirement, as stated herein, may submit their corporate capabilities, which, if received by the response date of this announcement, may be considered.
