Title: Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Three InCytTM Im2 Fluorescence Imaging System Upgrades w/LED Light Source Description(s): The National Institute of Environmental Health Science (NIEHS) intends to award a Purchase Order to Intercellular Imaging Inc., 3518 Cornell Place, Cincinati, OH 45220, for Three InCytTM Im2 Fluorescence Imaging System Upgrades w/LED Light Source. The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 0 and the business size standard is $20.5. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. It has been determined that Intercellular Imaging, Inc. is the only known responsible source capable of providing the required service and no other service will satisfy the agency's requirements. The purpose of this Purchase Order is to obtain Three InCytTM Im2 Fluorescence Imaging System Upgrades w/LED Light Source for three pieces of existing equipment on site at the NIEHS and are integrated with each other. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for quotes. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting NIEHS’ requirement, as stated herein, may submit their corporate capabilities, which, if received by the response date of this announcement, may be considered.
