Title: Notice of Intent to Sole Source via GSA for Water's Mass Spectrometers and UPLCs Maintenance Description(s): The National Institute of Environmental Health Science (NIEHS) intends to award a Purchase Order via GSA to Waters Corporation, 34 Maple Street, Milford, MA. 01757, for Water's Mass Spectrometers and UPLCs maintenance for a base year and two one-year options in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 Limiting Sources. The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 and the business size standard is $20.5 M. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. It has been determined that Waters Corporation is the only known responsible source capable of providing the required service and no other service will satisfy the agency's requirements. The purpose of this Purchase Order is to obtain Water's Mass Spectrometers and UPLCs maintenance for government owned equipment installed at the NIEHS in RTP NC. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for quotes. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting NIEHS’ requirement, as stated herein, may submit their corporate capabilities, which, if received by the response date of this announcement, may be considered.
