All information submitted in response to this announceme... THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (SSN) AND IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION, OR BID. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. The U.S. Drug and Food Administration (FDA) is conducting market research to determine if there are interested and capable contractors/vendors in the marketplace with the knowledge, skills, and capability to perform the work described in Attachment I – Draft Statement of Work (SOW) FDA intends to award a firm fixed priced contract to one contractor with an anticipated effective date of June 3, 2024. The duration of the contract will be 12 months. The vendor will be expected to provide mindfulness programs that have been proven to enhance operational performance and personal mental wellness. The anticipated evidence-based programs should help develop greater focus and concentration, tap into the power of “flow states,” learning how to be present with emotionally difficult experiences, and leverage personal strengths. Please review Attachment I – Draft SOW and provide any comments about the requirement. In addition, please complete Attachment II - Mindfulness Training Vendor Information Sheet. Also, you may provide additional information that you deem will help FDA determine your capability to perform Mindfulness training. DISCLAIMER A standard capability flyer or brochure submission will not be considered responsive or sufficient to this Sources Sought Notice. Respondents to this SSN may be requested to provide additional information/details based on initial submittals. The Government reserves the right to select one (1), some, or none of the submissions for further information. Firms who submit information in response to this SSN do so with the understanding that U.S. Government personnel may review their materials and or data. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government for the basis of forming a binding contract. This SSN is being issued solely for the purpose of gathering information for planning purposes. This SSN does not commit the Government to a contract for any service. Furthermore, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals or quotations and will not accept unsolicited offers/quotes.
