The Government seeks to acquire an integrated, high-resolution mass spectrometry system with ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) for pharmaceutical analysis, including nitrosamine impurities, small molecules, and biomolecules. The required system must meet specific performance characteristics, such as a wide mass range, high sensitivity, and integrated software, as defined by a reference to the Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Excedion Pro BioPharma system. This is a brand-name-or-equal acquisition, and proposals for equal products must demonstrate how they meet all listed technical requirements. The contract includes requirements for delivery, installation, qualification, and training services.
