The National Institute of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC) intends to award a fixed price purchase order Agilent Technologies 2850 Centerville Road Wilmington, DE 198081610 on a sole source basis to procure: . NIH CC/PET seeks to reinstate contract that will upgrade our Analytical HPLG/GC software to be compatible with Windows 10 operating system. Namely, we seek installation/operation/data migration of our current legacy Agilent system (ECM 3.4.1/ChemStation 1.07) to OpenLab CDSversion 2.x and ECM version 3.6.4. NAICS 541519 Other Computer Related Services This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b). Interested concerns capable of providing the same or similar products or services as described in this notice may submit a capability statement outlining their capabilities. Capability Statements must be received within the time set forth in this synopsis to be considered by the Government. A determination to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
