The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Government Contracting Services (GCS) has received a request from OCIO, a requirement for ACF Tech controlled and maintained Dynamic Application Scanning (DAST) and web application Penetration Testing (PEN Test) tools to comply with Federal Mandate OMB M-21-31, as well as support compliance with Executive Order 14028 for the adoption of Zero Trust Architectures through the use of Burp Suite tools. This is a brand name acquisition with a Base Period and 4 Options Periods. It is the Government’s intention to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for these services
