The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Government Contracting Services (GCS) has received a request from OCIO, a requirement for JIRA/Zephyr/Confluence Renewal/Upgrade. This is a brand name open market acquisition to renew support for the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Atlassian Jira Software (Server), Zephyr Squad (Server) and Kantega Single Sign-On for JIRA (Server) from 9/30/2023 to the 9/29/2024 End of Life/Discontinuation of Support for the Atlassian “Server” product line. This also includes the annual term renewal and upgrade of ACF’s Atlassian Confluence (Data Center) and Kantega Single Sign-On for JIRA (Data Center) from 500 users to 2,000 users. It is the Government’s intention to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for these services.
