SOURCES SOUGHT BACKGROUND: The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS), Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC) Radiology Department has a need for Assure Point Standard Full Service Contract from General Electric system compatible with current GE 3D Senographe Pristina Mammography Imaging Unit. PURPOSE/STATEMENT OF WORK: The contractor shall be in accordance with all Federal, State, Local, Tribal and IHS regulations and shall be made with minimal divergence from the schedule established and with minimum disturbance and maximum protection of government personnel, property and general public. The contractor shall provide the Assure Point Standard Full Service Contract, but not be limited to all equipment, materials, labor, training, documentation, and services necessary to furnish a complete, operational 3D Senographe Pristina Mammography Unit. SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: (Brand Name) The Assure Point Standard Full Service Contract shall be provided by a single manufacturer and obtained through the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as the single source. The contractor shall be a firm experienced in servicing and maintaining the 3D GE Senographe Pristina Unit. All equipment and components shall be the Manufacturer's most recently released model. The Manufacturer’s representative shall provide equipment and components, which comply with the requirements of these specifications. Equipment or components, which do not provide the performance and features required by these specifications, will not be accepted, regardless of Manufacturer. The manufacturer shall maintain technical support services capable of providing users of the system with training, parts, and emergency maintenance and repair both on site and remotely. EXECUTION / INSTALLATION: Submit a service report containing all test results for documentation. All DICOM Network Configurations and Operating Systems will be in accordance with Indian Health Service and Office of Information Technology requirements. All X-Ray DICOM will be compatible with ALB Picture Archiving Communication System on a secure VLAN VENDOR QUALIFICATIONS: Have field service personnel to complete annual preventive maintenance and repairs. Provide, at a minimum, 5 years, experienced, authorized, and certified installers of the proposed manufacturer so that all applicable warranties and agreements are valid. Meetings shall be required on location prior to the start of any work for site review, coordination purposes, as well as introduction of all concerned parties. Maintain 3D image quality from the modality to the Radiologist Reading Station. SUPPORT: Field Engineer (FE) Support coverage weekdays: Monday –Friday, 8 am – 4:30 PM. Service agreements shall include: Assure Point Standard Full Service, Annual Preventive Maintenance, All service reports will be sent to Santa Fe Biomedical Engineering to maintain service records. SUBMITTALS: The Vendor will provide maintenance data for system to include the operation and maintenance manual. The Indian Health Service (IHS) is attempting to locate qualified and eligible Small Business Indian Firms, “Native American Indian Owned and Operated businesses,” that can provide services/supplies to the Indian Health Service. This is a request for information only, this is not a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
