As set forth in FAR 15.201(e), the purpose of an RFI is to obtain market information. This RFI requests information about current domestic inventories of immediately availability Over the Counter (OTC) rapid antigen SARS-CoV-2 tests that are in current inventories within U.S. facilities. This RFI is not a request for competitive proposals: therefore, responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Companies that respond will not be paid for submitting information. The Government intends to utilizing information gathered from this RFI for planning and market research purposes.
