The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Division of Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) is seeking capable sources to provide Insulated Shipping Containers to allow shipping of temperature-controlled product required to be maintained at temperatures between -25°C and -15°C, without the use of dry-ice, for up to 96 hours of in transit shipping. The required specification and validation requirements are stated in Attachment 1 to this notice. The Insulated Shipping Containers will be provided to up to four (4) SNS CONUS warehouse locations. Vendors must have the capability of supplying a base quantity of up to 400 large containers, 300 medium containers, and 1,000 small containers (payloads are specified in Attachment 1 to this notice) by 31 Dec 2024, with option for additional quantities for later delivery.
