All changes are highlighted in yellow. No changes to the Attachment 1, OT Bundle templates have been made. Amendment 2 (August 2, 2024): The purpose of this Amendment is to 1) update the language within the solicitation to indicate that multiple biosensor approaches are permitted. Accordingly, the following sections are updated: Sections, 1.3.1, 1.3.2, 1.3.4, 1.3.6 (c) Table 1 and 1.4.1 (c); and 2) correct a typo on page 43 “Attachment 1, Volume 3 – Administrative & National Policy Requirements.” This Attachment was not updated in Amendment 1. All changes are highlighted in yellow. No additional changes have been made to “Attachment 1 OT Bundle” provided with Amendment 1. Amendment 1 (July 17, 2024): the purpose of this Amendment 1 is as follows: 1) update the following sections 1.4.1.d, 1.4.3.b 1-2, 4.3.1.1.3-5 and 5.1.1 ; and 2) update Attachment 1 Volume 1 Tech & Management. All changes are highlighted in yellow. For ease we have provided "Attachment 1 OT Bundle Amenment 1" with all necessary attachments that incorporates the changes to Attachment 1 Volume 1 Tech & Management. This is the final Program Solicitation for the Building Resilient Environments for Air and Total HEalth (BREATHE) program. BREATHE aims to develop diagnostic and therapeutic indoor air systems that automatically detect and react to airborne pathogens and allergens.
