The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) seeks to obtain flexible and scalable on- demand office space for collaborative interaction. The location must be capable of providing move-in ready capability (to include chairs, desks, and storage), access to scheduled open meeting spaces, access to private and collaborative meeting spaces, and access to shared open workspace. This Justification & Aapproval (J&A) supports exercise of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 52.217-8 for a period of up to six months for Purchase Order # 75N99223P00001. Although the FAR 52.217-8 clause was incorporated into the contract at the time of award the price was not evaluated during the pre-award phase, thus necessitating this J&A.
