This justification approves and authorizes a modification to the subject task order to provide temporary bridge services while the United States Government Accountability Office (GAO) dispositions two protests of a competitive procurement for the required services. The services to be provided under this modification include the use of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices for further enhancement of the CMS Identity Management (IDM) System/Platform. CMS also requires Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of all associated services to provide identity management for the CMS enterprise. These CI/CD and O&M services are currently being performed under the EIDM O&M task order.
