This SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE is being issued to obtain feedback and capability statements from small businesses (e.g. 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned small businesses, HUB Zone small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, veteran-owned small businesses and women-owned small businesses) that are capable, available and qualified to support CMS, and specifically the Center for Program Integrity (CPI), in its Education and Outreach (E&O) work. The vendor will assist with the development, execution, and assessment of multi-pronged E&O initiatives designed to educate stakeholders on Program Integrity (PI) and data transparency while detecting and reducing fraud, waste and abuse (FWA) in CMS programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and Marketplace. Industry-standard best practices should be applied in all instances and the Contractor should be capable of communicating with multiple audiences and program integrity partners. Possible audiences include PI stakeholders (such as healthcare providers and suppliers; PI contractors and other entities; private insurers; State Medicaid and CHIP stakeholders; State and Federal partners; agents, brokers and other enrollment assister groups).
