This sources sought notice is for market research to identify qualified businesses capable of providing non-personal after-hours nurse triage and call handling services at the Jicarilla Indian Health Center in Dulce, New Mexico. Services include inbound call handling, symptom assessment using standardized clinical protocols, and medical guidance or escalation during weekdays after clinic hours, 24-hour weekends, 24-hour federal holidays, and unexpected early closures, anticipated at up to 7,500 hours per year. The anticipated period of performance is one base year with four one-year option periods.
