The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), within the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) seeks a contractor to provide training and technical assistance support for up to 10 CASI sites working to align safety net programs in response to COVID-19 and collect information on emerging and promising practices identified as a result of local efforts. The contractor will provide professional coaching and TA supports to each site to convene a local collaboration of health, human services, and workforce development partners and assist in developing action and implementation plans, evaluation activities, and other activities to assist sites in reducing competing metrics, rules, philosophies, and silos of operations. Contractor will provide TTA to each site for up to 9 months and assist in the selection of the sites. Contractor will deliver targeted and tailored TTA to sites, including, but not limited to in-person and virtual group activities or one-on-one engagements, expert consultations, and other approved supports.
