The Government Seeks to obtain a contractor to operate the National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse (NRFC). More specifically, the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform and develop, implement, manage, and maintain a national fatherhood clearinghouse and media campaign and related activities as defined in this Statement of Work except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
