Full RFI responses due: prior to Midnight ET March 15, 2021 THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY – NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS REQUEST Section I – Background The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), within the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) maintains >300 Acquisition Workforce Professionals (AWP) who plan for and maintain Federal Acquisition Certifications (FAC) in: Contracting (FAC-C), Contracting Officers Representative (FAC-COR) and Program/Project Management FAC-P/PM). Each FAC program maintains unique training requirements for both New/Initial and Re-certification established by the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI) with HHS-specific requirements established at the agency level. To support ACF’s continued and expanded use of FAC programs its seeking information from qualified training vendors who can provide a catalog of training courses for use by ACF Federal employees. Section II – Training Areas of Interest (TAOI’s) Please review Appendix 1 – ACF Training Areas of Interest (TAOI) List for a complete list of all ACF desired training courses. All respondents are to used the provided ACF TAOI Response Form in Microsoft (MS) Excel (attached to this notice) when submitting a response to this RFI.
