The Administration for Children and Families intends to make multiple awards up until it has met its requirement on an urgent and compelling basis. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-2 Urgent and Compelling procedures. Close date is four (4) months, From April 21, 2021 to August 20, 2021. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract(s). The contractor shall provide a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation and advocacy for services to meet the needs of UC delivered in the custody of ORR from DHS while ensuring their safety and quality of care. Successful completion of this project will result in the full spectrum of case management services provided to the UC at the Pecos, TX; Donna (Delphi), TX; Carrizo Springs II (Dimmit), TX; San Antonio - Freeman, TX; Fort Bliss, TX; Lackland – San Antonio, TX; San Diego, CA; Starr Commonwealth (Albion, MI); PIA (Erie, PA); Pomona, CA; Camp Roberts, CA; and Long Beach, CA facilities by a cadre of qualified staff, in a timely manner, and meet the unique needs of the UC population. Additional sites may be added based on need.
