The Understanding the Experiences of Families Living in Poverty study (Contract N. HHSP233201500077I/HHSP23337002T) is developing a better understanding of Families Living in Poverty. Taken together with the ongoing OPRE contract (Contract N. HHSP233201500077I/HHSP23337002T), the outcomes of this inquiry can be expected to improve our understanding of the lives of children in poverty and their families, while further building our understanding of how the TANF program and organizational culture affect individuals within this population, and what this may imply for improving the economic and social well-being of families, children, individuals, and communities. The purpose of this services component is to analyze qualitative data previously collected through interviews and site visits, write a series of reports on the findings from all data collected; and disseminate study findings.
