OHSEPR’s overall objective is to procure a contractor to develop a U.S. training and technical assistance (T/TA) Center to support the U.S. Repatriation Program by 1) improving states’ readiness for emergency repatriation through emergency planning activities; 2) providing information to repatriates applying for temporary assistance; and 3) providing information and training to states and jurisdictions providing temporary assistance to repatriates.
