The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) requires a Contractor to provide continuity of comprehensive supervision and care services for Unaccompanied Children (UC) in the custody of HHS who are housed temporarily at an ORR Influx Care Facility (ICF). The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, and care services to include medical, behavior management, safety, case management, nutritional, and recreational/leisure services.
