The work will include market forecasting, epidemiologic analyses, health economic modeling, stakeholder engagement, commercial assessments, financial analyses, and preparation of peer-reviewed publications. The contract will be a Time-and-Materials purchase order with a 12-month period of performance from September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2027. Monthly invoicing is required, and the contractor must confirm ability to perform the statement of work and maintain active SAM registration. Interested parties should be equipped to deliver these specialized research and health economic services within the stated timeframe.
