The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD), Influenza Division (ID), intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Sprout Social, Inc., 131 South Dearborn Street, Suite 700, Chicago, Illinois, 60654 to procure the Sprout Social Enterprise Bundle allowing the CDC to manage its social media posting process more efficiently and to better evaluate the impact of their messages. Sprout Social Enterprise Bundle will include 175 Advanced Plan users, 100 external approvers, unlimited social profiles, and access to Premium Analytics. This would be a continuation of the existing enterprise bundle for the agency, ensuring there is no gap in social media management. The CDC requires an enterprise social media management and analytics tool that provides approval workflows, inclusive accessibility and 508 compliance with captioning and alternate text, ability to post on multiple networks to include content tagging, the capability to allow for management of digital assets, and a robust publishing calendar. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541511, Custom Computer Software Programming Services. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responses received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
