The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a Sole Source firm fixed price purchase order to Professional Sports Publication. Professional Sports Publication is the only vendor who is sanctioned by H.O. Zimman, Inc. and NFL who is the official publisher of the Official Super Bowl LV Magazine. Only PSP has the exclusive sales agency for the publication and no other sources are available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within three days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Response must be emailed to the contract specialist at ugx0@cdc.gov by COB December 8, 2023. Please see attached sole source justification for more information.
