The purpose of this procurement is to get assistance with optimization of CLC workflow/pipeline for Monkeypox analysis; Support surveillance analysis; Assistance with data organization ; Evaluate support/detection of larger deletions, mutation hotspot annotations, protein recombination. Data analysis will be provided in the form of processed data and result files in formats of sequences alignments, SNPs table and other sequences data analysis formats. A written report if requested will be limited to materials and methods. Figures generated from analysis and interpretation will be provided as individual files and standard resolution provided by the software application(s) used.
