HRSA/MCHB Newborn Screening Systematic Evidence Review IDIQ and Task Order 1
HRSA’s Maternal and Child Health Bureau is establishing a multiple-award IDIQ pool of approximately three to five contracts to provide specialized scientific methodologies, systematic evidence reviews, and programmatic support for the Newborn Screening Recommended Uniform Screening Panel. The master IDIQ has a five-year ordering period (a 12-month base plus four 12-month options) and an aggregate ceiling value of $15,111,361. A concurrent firm-fixed-price Task Order 1 will be awarded for evidence reviews and newborn screening processes. The government intends to award based on initial proposals without negotiations, so offerors must submit their most competitive technical approach and binding pricing. The opportunity is open to commercial, academic, non-profit, or public entities, with proposals consisting of separate technical, past performance, and price volumes.
