This requirement is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subparts 12.203 and 13.5, under NAICS Code 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services), with a small business size standard of $19.5M. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as 100% woman owned small business set-aside. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is contemplating issuance of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) pursuant to FAR Part 13.303. This BPA will allow the issuance of Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Call Orders. The period of performance of this procurement is one (1) 12-month base period with four (4) 12-month option periods.
