The purpose of this Board Support Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract is to provide all services, qualified personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities needed to enable the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) Board of Directors to carry out its statutory and regulatory responsibilities, including the governance, operation, and enhancement of the OPTN. The IDIQ will enable HRSA to facilitate the Board of Directors’ independence and autonomy, transparency, accountability, and performance monitoring. The Government intends to conduct a Preproposal Conference for the OPTN Transition IDIQ contracts. The purpose of this conference is to provide interested Offerors with details related to the draft solicitations.
