This Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle supports the Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) Modernization Initiative. The contractors tasked under this Operations Transition IDIQ will provide strategic and administrative support services necessary to ensure OPTN functions operate effectively. Functions supported through services and logistics to be delivered under this IDIQ include OPTN membership, IT network operations while new IT infrastructure is built, IT security and privacy, budget, finance, policy, data, and administration. The Government intends to conduct a Preproposal Conference for the OPTN Transition IDIQ contracts. The purpose of this conference is to provide interested Offerors with details related to the draft solicitations.
