This notice is provided pursuant to FAR 5.205(f): THIS IS A PRESOLICATION NOTICE ONLY - The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) is planning to issue a solicitation for professional program management services to ensure the continued health center community access to public health emergency supplies which will strengthen HRSA’s ability to address emerging public health concerns and respond to emergencies. The required services will help enable HRSA to carry out public health preparedness and response protocols, coordination mechanisms, and training to enhance logistical support that enable health centers to respond to emerging health care issues. The solicitation will be issued as a competitive 8(a) set-aside with a period of performance of nine (9) months plus two twelve-month option periods. The Government intends to issue a solicitation on or about April 26, 2023. The anticipated contract type will be firm fixed price. The required services will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 15. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541611, and the size standard is 24.5 million. All future information regarding this acquisition, including the solicitation and any amendments, will be distributed solely through the SAM.gov website (www.sam.gov). Copies of the solicitation document and its related documents, as appropriate, will be posted at this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov website to assure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition.
