Notice of Intent to Sole Source HRSA Annual Tribal Consultation Meeting The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to award One (1) firm fixed price contract, with an anticipated period of performance of one (1) Base Period of twelve (12) months, to National Indian Health Board, 910 Pennsylvania Avenue, South East, Washington, DC 20003. The purpose of this requirement is as follows: The purpose of this procurement is for the contractor to provide logistical service to HRSA, for its ongoing Indian Country's healthcare needs and the goal to update the current HRSA Tribal Consultation Policy and to seek Tribal input on the Policy. The meeting shall coincide with the National Indian Health Board meeting. The anticipated start date for services is September 2021. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561920 – “Convention and Trade Show Organizers” This notice is provided under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 6.302-1(a) (2). The services required by the agency are available from the original source. The intent of this notice is not to solicit competitive offers. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested offerors may submit their capabilities or responses before the closing date and time of this notice to the Government. All responses must be submitted via email to Biji John at bjohn@hrsa.gov by 4:00 PM Eastern Time, fifteen (15) days after posting. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requests.
