Background The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) established a main Corporate Recruitment Program to lead, coordinate, and support enterprise-wide recruitment and hiring efforts, particularly for early career talent. The Program partners with all Office of Human Resources (OHR) offices and Operating Divisions (OpDivs) and Staffing Divisions (StaffDivs) to establish annual priorities and objectives. Below is a summary of a few of them: Continue to build a proactive, digital approach to overall effective recruiting. Host events, participate in career fairs, connect candidates to HHS career opportunities and internships, and follow up. Post jobs and career opportunities to Professional Diversity Network platform and all affiliates. Create a seamless candidate experience in hosting career fairs and engaging with diverse top talent and eligible prospects. Use data analytics to measure team’s performance, event and campaign effectiveness, return on investment, and more. II. Scope of Work The scope of the HHS Special Programs Division (SPD), Corporate Recruitment Program entails supporting enterprise-wide recruitment and hiring efforts, activities, and administrative requirements to fulfill the Department’s strategic priorities and overall goals.
