This IDIQ is to provide the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) support in executive and consultative services, strategic planning, program management, administrative services and all related advisory activities required by the OCR Director. See the attached solicitation for more information. Amendment 01 is issued to provide answers to questions and revise the terms of the solicitation. Amendment 02 is issued to replace Attachment J.6 Questions and Answers with Attachment J.6 Revised Questions and Answers. The Attachment is revised to correct two answers which erroneously refer to a "program manager". As a result of the revision, instances of "program manager" are replaced with "project manager".
