The purpose of this requirement was for the Government to procure and make available a commercially available, configurable, non-developmental end-to-end Privacy Preserving Record Linkage (PPRL) Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) Solution that permits de-identified linkage of individual patient records across jurisdictions, federal agencies and other entities. The required services will support different COVID 19 response use cases including Vaccination, Lab Testing and Case Surveillance.
