This requirement is to provide: technical expertise, management and coordination of the NNED; subject matter expertise in behavioral health disparities, mental health and substance use disorders and issues for ethnic and racial populations (including serious mental illness, addictions and integrated care); knowledge management, diffusion and implementation using strategies tailored to a culturally diverse, virtually accessible workforce; and identification of experts/practitioners with deep expertise in evidence-based, emerging and best practices applicable to diverse, minority populations.
