The National Institutes of Health, Office of Research Facilities, Office of Acquisitions at the Rocky Mountain Laboratories (RML), Hamilton, MT, through this procurement, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a base year and four (4) yearly option periods for Industrial Chiller Maintenance & Repair Services in support of the Government facilities in accordance with the Statement of Work. The attached Statement of Work describes the requirements for the NIH/RML located at 903 South 4th Street, Hamilton, Montana 59840. The Contractor shall furnish all the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, facilities, and all other items necessary except as otherwise specified, to perform the Statement of Work for the maintenance and repair of the Industrial Chiller Systems listed in the attached Statement of Work. Prospective contractors are encouraged to review and comment to the Contracting Officer on the attached Draft Statement of Work by 12 April 2024. The complete Solicitation package will be posted on or about 16 April 2024.
