The National Institutes of Health, Office of Research Facilities, Office of Acquisitions, Hamilton, Montana, anticipates issuing a solicitation on or about March 14, 2023, that will result in a firm fixed-price contract award for the Inspection, Testing and Repair of the Fire Suppression Systems. The requirements contained within this anticipated contract will be for the maintenance services & repair of the fire suppression system on Government owned property and buildings, which are located at the National Institutes of Health, “Rocky Mountain Laboratories”, Hamilton, Montana 59840. The solicitation for these services is for a term of one (1) base year plus four (4) options years, which can be exercised at the Government's discretion. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this acquisition is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. This is a Small Business Set-aside solicitation, offers will be considered by all eligible small business firms. A pre-proposal conference and walk through will be held on March 28, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. local time. No other walk throughs will be made available. All attendees must have a valid picture ID card, check in with security at the RML Visitor’s Center, Bldg. 30, 903 S. 4th Street, Hamilton, MT 59840 for assembly and further directions.
